Fathers Day Poems

Your dad means the world to you. He is your dad, your best friend, and you love him with all your heart. You have shared moments with your dad that will be remembered forever. No one else could compare to him. Father’s Day is now approaching and what do you do? What do you buy a guy who would give you the world? A t- shirt just won’t do. A card seems so simple. You want to express your love and gratitude in a way that he will appreciate and understand.

How about a poem? A father’s day poem is a terrific way to put those feelings into words. A poem that tells dad just how much you love and respect him. A poem written by you or by someone who constructed the words you were trying to say in a beautiful way.

Best part of a poem is you don’t have to simply write it down on a peice of notebook paper and hand it to dad. You can write it in a card. You can inscribe it on a coffee mug, a plaque, or any other way you can think of. Words are magical, so be creative with your poem.
